Arrival: Your room is ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Prices per person per night in EURO including Sonnhof luxury board package.
Wellness area: Use on the day of departure: € 45,- per person
Tourist tax €1.70 per person per day (subject to change).
Children in parents’ room (with two full-paying adults): 0-2 YEARS – 80 percent • 3-5 YEARS – 60 percent • 6-9 YEARS – 50 percent • 10-14 YEARS – 40 percent. We spoil our little guests with a three-course children’s menu.
Pets from €29 per day without food.

Cancellation conditions
- Up to three months before arrival – free cancellation possible!
- Up to one month before arrival – 40 percent cancellation fee
- Up to one week before arrival – 70 percent cancellation fee
- In the week of arrival – 90 percent cancellation fee
- On the day of arrival or early departure – 100 percent cancellation fee
The cancellation costs are calculated based on the total price.

The Hotel Cancellation Plus policy covers the following grounds for a cancellation or trip interruption:
- Guest taken ill by COVID-19
- A close relative or a person living in the same household taken ill with COVID-19, mandating the presence of the guest at home.
- Fever and suspicion of COVID-19, even if the test result is subsequently negative.
- A positive test result without symptoms
- A close relative in the joint household has fallen ill and the guest needs to be quarantined.
